We encourage our clients to utilize us for any issues, questions or concerns they may have with their insurance and to contact us prior to contacting the insurance carrier. We can usually solve the issue for them, or we’ll call the insurance company on their behalf. We assist our clients with their medical bills by providing a spreadsheet of their claims, breaking them down to an understandable level, and we provide a patient payment summary so they will know who to pay and how much to pay.
